Following his passing, Miller’s mother, Patricia, released a statement expressing her gratitude for the love and support they have received from fans and friends. She revealed that her son had been battling bipolar depression for many years, trying his best to manage the disease. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, the disease ultimately took his life. Patricia emphasized that the other causes of death being suggested are not accurate and thanked everyone for their support.

Billy Miller first gained recognition for his role as Richie Novak on “All My Children” and later joined the cast of “The Young and the Restless,” where he played Billy Abbott in over 700 episodes. He received critical acclaim for his portrayal of the character. In addition, Miller also took on the role of Jason Morgan/Drew Cain on “General Hospital.”

After his time on soap operas, Miller transitioned to recurring roles in drama series such as “Suits” and “Truth Be Told.” He also appeared in various films and shows throughout his career, including “Ray Donovan,” “Fatal Honeymoon,” “American Sniper,” “Ringer,” “Castle,” and “Justified.”

Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on September 17, 1979, Billy Miller was raised in Grand Prairie, Texas. He attended the University of Texas in Austin, where he studied production sequence. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles and initially worked in the mailroom of an entertainment management/production company. Inspired by a dare from friends, he pursued acting and found success in the world of commercials, booking multiple national ads. In addition to his acting career, Miller also owned several restaurants and bars in Los Angeles.

Billy Miller is survived by his mother, Patricia, his sister Megan, his brother-in-law Ronnie, his nephew Grayson, and his niece Charley. His passing is a great loss to the entertainment industry, and he will be remembered for his talent and contributions to television.
