In Part 1, viewers can look forward to Elizabeth Debicki reprising her role as Princess Diana, alongside Dominic West who will portray Prince Charles. Imelda Staunton will continue to impress as Queen Elizabeth II, with Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip and Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret. Returning to the series are Salim Daw as Mohamed Al Fayed and Khalid Abdalla as Dodi Fayed. Making their debuts in this season are Rufus Kampa as Prince William and Fflyn Edwards as Prince Harry.
The final chapter of The Crown, Part 2, will consist of six episodes. This segment will delve into Prince William’s struggle to reintegrate into life at Eton following the tragic death of his mother, Princess Diana. It will also focus on the monarchy’s challenges in navigating public opinion. As Queen Elizabeth celebrates her Golden Jubilee, she reflects on the future of the monarchy, which includes the marriage of Charles and Camilla, as well as the emergence of a new Royal fairytale with William and Kate.
Prince William and Prince Harry will be portrayed by Ed McVey and Luther Ford, respectively, in their debut roles. Additionally, Meg Bellamy will portray Kate Middleton.
