Did Princess Kate wear a Zara blazer and more finger bandages for a SportsAid visit?

One positive thing I will say about the Prince and Princess of Wales is that they seem to be increasing their number of public engagements. While this is all relative and comes after a two-month break, it’s still nice to see them out and about. What I find amusing is their knack for scheduling events only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It’s not just a case of “no work on weekends,” they also need Mondays and Fridays off!

Just today, William and Kate attended an event with SportsAid, one of Kate’s patronages. They visited Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, and had a chance to speak with young athletes about mental health. This week, their events have revolved around the theme of “mental health,” and if you want to know more about what they’ve been up to, you can check it out here.

As for Kate’s outfit, she went for a sporty look. Thankfully, she opted for jeans instead of jeggings (thank goodness!) and paired them with a white top and an eye-catching blue blazer from Zara. I believe the blazer has around 12 buttons – a unique choice. She completed her outfit with Veja shoes, one of her favorite brands.

But let’s talk about those finger bandages again. Kate was once again seen wearing them on her right hand, specifically on the same two fingers. The excuse we were given last month was that she had a lingering finger injury from a trampoline accident. It’s definitely possible that she’s still experiencing some discomfort, or perhaps she’s just taking extra precautions when participating in sporty events that require the use of her hands. Regardless, these reappearing bandages are a bit concerning, and they seem to be getting larger over time.

Overall, it’s great to see the Prince and Princess of Wales engaging in events that focus on mental health. And despite some lingering questions about Kate’s finger bandages, they both looked happy and engaged during their visit to the Sports Centre. Let’s hope they continue to prioritize their public engagements and make a positive impact in the future.
